Buffet style catering is the best for a fun and uncomplicated serving environment, customers and guests love the option of choosing what and how much they eat. Menu options: Proteins: 1. chicken, 2. beef, 3. pork, 4. vegan meat. Sides: 1. black beans, 2. white rice, 3. yellow rice, 4. congrí, 5. sweet plantains, 6. yuca con mojo, 7. Cuban bread, 8. tasty sauces, 9. Salad. For an additional cost, add a dessert option: pastelitos, rum cakes, flan, tres leches cake, guava/dulce de leche cheesecake
